Teams have to negotiate and trade to maximize their profits.

It is a competition, teams also work together with others and try to “win-win” agreements. They must keep track of their own performance at the same time. Throughout the reflection process, participants share the winning strategies and lessons for the future. These can be later use at the workplace.

Each team is the crew of pirates that arrives with boxes full of goods and wants to sell it. The task is to accumulate as much resources as possible by building relationships with other merchants in the port and gaining insight into important market information. But it’s not just fun! The core of the game lies in building trustworthy relationships with customers. In the end of the day, customer is what matters the most.
