How to make teambuilding more sustainable?<\/h1><\/div>

In recent years, we have increasingly focused on how to make our teambuildings more environmentally friendly. You may have noticed that many activities are materially demanding – in addition to equipment that can be used repeatedly, there is often a lot of waste from things that teams modify, produce or use once only for a specific activity. That is why we have prepared a few tips and tricks for you on how your company teambuildings can be greener without losing any of their fun and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

  1. Waste Sorting Comes First<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    At all our events, you will find bins for sorted waste divided into plastics, paper, and general waste. We encourage participants to pay attention to proper sorting during activities \u2013 just a small change in habits can reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfill. Sorting is a simple step that anyone can take.<\/p>\n

    2. Prioritize Recyclable Materials<\/h2>\n

    When preparing activities, we strive to use recyclable materials as much as possible. For example, instead of ordinary plastic tape, we opt for paper tape, which you can simply put in the paper recycling after the event. Similarly, plastic cups can be replaced with paper ones, or you can choose biodegradable alternatives. When making larger purchases of materials, always ask suppliers about eco-friendly alternatives \u2013 you\u2019ll often be surprised at how many options already exist.<\/p>\n

    3. Efficient Use of Resources<\/h2>\n

    \u201cEfficient use of resources\u201d does not have to be just a clich\u00e9. When planning activities, consider, for example, how best to arrange individual parts of a product on a given sheet of paper to fit as many as possible and leave minimal waste. Even seemingly minor details in preparation can significantly reduce material consumption and resulting waste.<\/p>\n

    1. Upcycling \u2013 Give Things a Second Chance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Upcycling is the magic of transformation. Use things that no longer serve their original purpose in other ways. Old boxes can become the foundation for constructions, unwanted fabric can be used as decorations or material for team challenges. Imagination has no limits and often recycled and upcycled materials spark creativity and team spirit.<\/p>\n

      Thanks to these simple changes, you can ensure that even your teambuilding events will have a smaller ecological footprint.
