CSR Team Building: When We Think of Others

The Christmas season is quickly approaching and with it the time when we think of the less fortunate. Our CSR (charity) programs have thus become very popular, as they allow teams to combine their efforts with a charitable outcome for a specific project or person. This makes the participants even more motivated to achieve good results and their engagement rises significantly.

The most popular activity is Building a Dream, during which participants, after completing tasks, assemble a bicycle for a specific child. Other favorite activities include Full House, which involves building a dog or bird house, and Toy Factory, where we make beautiful wooden toys for children.

We are pleased that many of our clients have joined the programs, enabling us to donate bikes to over 50 children, deliver 10 dog houses to shelters, and 14 bird houses to the national park this year, all valued at over 350,000 CZK. Thank you!
