Friend or Foe is an interactive team building activity in which participants work in teams on a series of dynamic challenges focused on communication, problem solving, and strategic thinking. Although teams share a common goal, the path to success is not always straightforward.

Throughout the activity, teams encounter key decision-making moments that bring uncertainty. In certain situations, individuals or entire teams may act in their own best interests instead of the group’s. These decisions affect scoring, progression, and the final outcome.

This dynamic structure creates a highly engaging environment where collaboration, negotiation, and adaptability are essential. Teams must constantly reevaluate their strategy, manage relationships, and respond to changing conditions — much like in a real-world work environment.
