Autumn activities: How to plan events even for bad weather!
Autumn is here and even if we are lucky to have nice weather now, it is not a guarantee by which all autumn events should be planned. So what activities can be prepared inside? We don’t have to take only logical brainteasers, although even those have their charm, here we send you our tips for a great autumn team building.
Creative
Chain Reaction: This program is inspired by Rube Goldberg machines and requires the cooperation of the whole team. Participants are tasked with creating a complex machine where one action triggers another. It’s a great way to develop creativity and teamwork.
Animate: In this program, participants immerse themselves in the world of animation. Teams will receive a tablet with special software as well as a bunch of physical backdrops and materials to create short animated clips. The program supports creativity and communication skills.
More active
Flat Out Formula 1: This program combines teamwork with engineering skills. Participants are tasked with building a working Formula 1 model out of cardboard boxes and other materials. The program ends with an exciting race, which guarantees a lot of fun and adrenaline.
Building a Dream: This program extends to the upcoming Christmas holidays. Teams must complete tasks to obtain parts of children’s bikes. The winner is the team with the most points for completed tasks, for the nicest bike and at the same time the best team in our slowness race on the bikes. We will then give the bikes to children in need, which we will select in cooperation with SOS Vesnicky (local charity). The program supports creativity, teamwork, but also satisfaction for the teams, who see the result of their efforts in the joy of the gifted children.
You knew that
If you order a purely outdoor activity with us, we will prepare a backup option of a similar nature indoors for bad weather for groups of up to 150 people free of charge.
So also write about team building, which will be a catalyst for change in your team.
