When planning activities, consider, for example, how best to arrange individual parts of a product on a given sheet of paper to fit as many as possible and leave minimal waste. Even seemingly minor details in preparation can significantly reduce material consumption and resulting waste.

Old boxes can become the foundation for constructions, unwanted fabric can be used as decorations or material for team challenges.
