Joint Venture 4×4 is a highly engaging and fun team building activity. Each sub team races against the clock to build, clad and decal a 4×4. Roles are switched, quality audits and strength tests executed. Everybody has a blast in this team building activity. Individuals takes up ownership of their roles.

The jeep can only be completed when everyone has done their part. It’s like a pit stop of team building execution that comes together in parts but moves as a solid singular unit – both the 4×4 and the Team.
