Safety at Team Building Events 

Safety of participants at team building events is an absolute priority for the Catalyst Czech Republic team, as each such event constitutes a work activity during which the employer holds the same responsibilities as during regular working hours. That’s why, for every activity, we prepare a clear list of critical points that protect employees from potential injuries—these guidelines are explained to all participants in an understandable way before the event begins and then monitored by our facilitators. Moreover, we go even further: all our moderators and facilitators are trained in first aid, and for larger events, we always ensure the presence of a professional paramedic, including an ambulance. We have already dealt with minor scrapes and scratches, but fortunately nothing more serious so far; nevertheless, we believe that foresight is the key to safety. That is why you should keep safety in mind even during any informal outing with colleagues, such as a bike ride—prevention is always better than dealing with the consequences.
