The Tree of Life is a simulation game about Change, Diversity and Partnership. Creates a positive, dynamic atmosphere in the group. Designed to foster positive change, it serves as an innovative and practical way of communicating a company’s mission and values.​

Participants must learn how to work together in a constantly changing environment. Since the environment is continuously changing unexpectedly, participants must utilise effective communication, strategic thinking and agile, flexible planning for optimal performance. It challenges silo mentality demanding cross-team cooperation for success and survival.
