Want more from your team building!

Team buildings are a key part of the healthy functioning of every company. It serves to develop teams and individuals in different directions with predetermined goals. However, what is often neglected is the team building debriefing, which we believe is a very important part of these events as it brings important value for company investment into the team building.

A well-conducted debriefing helps individuals realize the benefit of the activity, propose possible solutions, and have these solutions accepted by the on-site team as binding for further development. For our debriefings, we have therefore launched the TAT (Team Assessment Tool) system, which allows each participant to connect using a mobile device and answer a few specific questions about the implemented activity. Add suggestions for improvements and vote on these suggestions by which they select those they wish to implement in real life. A follow-up report taking into account statistics from the evaluation is also very useful, which can provide an interesting insight into the team situation for managers.

Allow time for debriefing even after your team building, those 30-45 minutes are certainly worth it.
