A Fun Fact to Start: Did you know that Karlín was settled several centuries later than places like Vršovice or Smíchov? Frequent flooding was the reason. But as life often shows us, even bad experiences can lead to something good.

Karlín After the 2002 Floods: Yes, we remember the great flood. But do you know what? It changed Karlín for the better. From once-forgotten streets, it has become one of the most sought-after places in Prague. Some even call it our Czech Silicon Valley!

A Year in Our New Home: Exactly a year ago, we were looking for a new headquarters for our company and found a fantastic two-story building with storage and parking right in the heart of Karlín. And as soon as our huge vehicle fit into the narrow driveway, we decided.

What We’ve Prepared for You: After a year full of successes and great team-building events, we decided it’s time for gifts – not just for you, but for us too. We have several surprises prepared for you, which you’ll hear about soon. And for us? We finally got new decals on our gates!

Find Us: Those who already know our address have it easy. But for new friends – now you can find us easily. Instead of an old advertisement for stoves, we have our name and a clear message: we are here for you in Sokolovská!
