When team building is meant to be more than just a game!

Find out what you get for your investment in team building.
Our activities are a popular tool for strengthening relationships and developing teams, but how do you ensure that their impact goes beyond the moment and brings real benefits to the working lives of participants? The answer lies in evaluation – a key component that is often neglected. In our web-based Team Assessment Tool, we emphasize this phase and offer a professionally guided process that enriches the team building experience with deeper awareness and real results.
The importance of team building evaluation
Without feedback, many of the benefits of team building activities can quickly be lost. However, when participants have the opportunity to reflect on their experiences, they become more aware of what worked, what didn’t, and why. In addition, evaluation supports the team’s ability to learn from mistakes and identify areas that could be improved in the future. This process provides not only information but also inspiration for long-term improvement of team dynamics.
How does the Team Assessment Tool work?
- Reflection and evaluation: Participants focus on different aspects of the activity that has just been completed. Everyone has the opportunity to express their opinion and rate individual parts.
- Identification of extremes: Together we determine one best and one worst rated part of the activity. This is a key moment when the team reflects on why these ratings occurred and what caused them.
- Solution suggestions: The facilitator guides the team to find ways to repeat positive moments and prevent negative results. Each member contributes their ideas, which ensures a diversity of perspectives.
- Voting and commitment: Teams vote on the best ideas, which they then jointly commit to working on within their work environment.
Great output for the company
The result of this process is not only better awareness for the participants, but also a useful output for the company itself. The management then receives a written evaluation from our facilitator, which summarizes key findings, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and suggests specific measures to improve the previously set goals.
45 minutes that are worth it
The time that the evaluation takes – 45 minutes – is a minimal investment considering what it brings. You will not only gain detailed insight into team dynamics, but also specific steps for applying positive changes in everyday work. If team building is to be more than just a game, then evaluation is the right key to its added value.
