A well-coordinated team follows the leadership of a skilled boss like a well-oiled machine, no matter how big or small it is. Each member has an irreplaceable place in it, knows well what and how to do and what result they should work towards with joint efforts.

A perfect example of teamwork was the implementation of the activity called Orchestrate, which we successfully carried out a few days ago for a total of 400 people. We first divided everyone into groups according to instrument sections – violins, violas, cellos, clarinets, trumpets and drums. A concertmaster was assigned to each section, whose task was to teach his wards a basic part pf classical music within a few tens of minutes. To the great joy and enthusiasm of all participants, this musical ensemble was able to play the rehearsed melody under the conductor´s guidance as well.

Just as each musician and the note they play make up the uniqueness of the orchestra, so each member of the team and the work they do make up the company as a whole. It was a strong experience and strong emotions not only for the “musicians”, but also for us, who prepared the activity, implemented it and experienced it together with our clients. Thanks for that!
