Chain Reaction is a top-class teambuilding activity that requires great skills in project management. You will need that, so you can design and build a sophisticated sequence of mechanisms. The result is a “grand finale” where all parts are assembled together. The task is clear: All parts must work together and must be connected to create a chain reaction. First comes the planning and design part. Teams are thinking about how to deal with the task. Then the practical part comes into the game. When done, the first team triggers their chain reaction part and then invokes the next, and so on, until the reaction reaches the entire room. Each chain is just as strong as its weakest link.
