This activity is a way for employees keep connected during their time working in isolation and finding out more about their colleagues or what do they have in common at the same time.
Teams uses their usual chat applications – WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom, Slack and submit their answers, such as favourite foods, work history etc. Individuals then send private message to colleagues who they have common answers with.
The rounds could be played within a given time, over a day, or even a few days to keep people connected throughout the work week.
